My purpose is to educate others on the ever changing field of customer service. Previous experience in the food industry, human resources, retail sales, and positions as a Licensed Venue Manager for Starbucks and Guest Experience Manager for Target I have learned many ways to increase the customers’ overall satisfaction. This is a dynamic field and I will be looking into different ways to enhance the consumers overall experience.

On a personal note, I hope to inspire others one step at a time. Motivated through mindfulness and change. Passionate that anyone can conquer their goals with the right mindset and plan. My family, friends, and two amazing dogs mean the world to me.

Experienced Graduate Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Previous experience as a Guest Experience Manager. Skilled in Customer Service, Teamwork, Public Speaking, Proctoring, and Microsoft Suite. I received my Bachelor of Science in both Management and Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada, Reno.
